Shopping basket
We operate a shopping basket system for ordering goods and services as well as requesting changes. You can browse the web site to select items and add them to your shopping basket. When you are done you go to the checkout. At the checkout we will take details of who you are (or you can login if you have an existing account), and additional details for any of the goods and services that need them. Some services will not have a price until we have the details (e.g. the price for a broadband line depends if new, or migration, and then depends if migrating from LLU or non LLU provider).
Finally, when we have all of the details you get one last chance to see the whole order with prices before confirming it or cancelling it. Once confirmed we will process your order and contact you if there are any queries or issues. We also email an order confirmation to you.
Note that you need to go through the checkout and confirm your order even if buying something that is free such as a request for migration code.
Legal note: We do confirm receipt of your order through the web site and email, but that does not yet mean we have accepted it or that we are bound to supply what you have ordered. We will let you know if there are any queries or issues, and we can decline your order if we wish.
